Allan's remarkable recovery
When the pastor at a church in Wallan asked if anyone in the congregation would like to express praise for answered prayers, a lady stood and walked to the podium.
"I have a praise", she said. "Two months ago, my husband Allan had a terrible accident on his bike and his scrotum was completely crushed. The pain was excruciating and the doctors didn't know if they could help him".
You could hear an audible gasp from the men in the congregation as they imagined the pain poor Allan had experienced.
She continued, "Allan was unable to hold me or the children and every move caused him terrible pain. We prayed as the doctors performed a delicate operation. They were able to piece together the crushed remnants of Allan's scrotum and then use wire to hold it in place."
Again the men in the congregation squirmed as they imagined the horrible surgery performed on Allan.
"Now Allan is out of hospital and the doctors say that with time, his scrotum should recover completely."
All the men sighed with relief.
The pastor rose and tentatively asked if anyone else had anything to say.
A man rose, walked to the podium and said, "I'm Allan and I want to tell my wife, once again, the word is STERNUM."

Howdy all.
Have not been hiding but recuperating. Decided to go up
to Wangaratta with the new caravan to try it out. Things
went well until the second night when at 10.00pm I stumbled
over a ground peg, then into a wing nut on a corner pole
before falling "R" over "Z" three metres away .. flat on my belly
rolling in pain.
The result: Bruised wrist, a bit of bark off one knee,
badly bruised right arm and a torn muscle in the abdomen.
Obtained assistance from a fellow caravanner to pack up
next morning and drove home in severe pain. Went to local
hospital but was told to go home and take some Panadol.
Now, after one week, I can read the Jokes Forum, but luckily
none have been funny enough to make my stomach hurt.
Photo attached of my bruised arm but wont show any of
the body beautiful.
Allan
