    Default Kicker Height

Is there a standard hight for kick panels under kitchen cupboards
Or do cabinet makers make that decision

There is no official "standard" that needs to be adhered to, but convention has been for a kick of around 140mm - 150mm.

Adjustable plastic legs under carcasses are becoming more ubiquitous, and you will find most of these come in an adjustment range of between 130mm - 160mm.

But there are also shorter and longer models available if you need to vary this specification.

Increasing/Decreasing the kick height is one of the cheaper ways to change the finished height of a carcase program where the finished height is normally around 900mm including benchtop.
