there was an irishman (patty) working on a station out back of burk doing some fencing with teh station owner (ben).

ben "i think well cut up this old shed post for striner posts"

patty "sounds good to me"

after finishing cutting the pole into 4 fence posts patty seems deep in thaught and then cheerfully states.

patty "how bout we go down and cut up that old well down by the dry creek for post holes"
