Two Indian doctors were standing talking at the Wallan hospital. Doctor John said, "I think is it spelt WHOOM."

Doctor Allan replied, "No, you are wrong. It is spelt WOOMB."

A passing sister had overheard the conversation and said, "Gentlemen, I couldn't help overhearing and you are both wrong. It is spelt WOMB."

Dr. Allan said, "Young woman, I don't think you have ever seen an Indian water buffalo, let alone heard it pass wind under water."
