Their website is stupid.
I tried to buy a book off them went through all the process and it ended up as anemail enquiry. Tried again same thing happened.

So stuffem I'll get the book elsewhere

I just went to that site and got the same guff, then on my second try I didn't get the same STOP page,
and everything went though.

I have bought a couple of things off there ... because very occasionally they have a really good price. Reading the above comments though, maybe the good prices were a mistake!!

Anyway, my purchases went through. I don't like the process because it is really impersonal (e.g. there is no phone number if it all turns pear shaped etc.), which is concerning if you are spending a lot of money.

I generally use it for estimating materials prices because on average it is slightly more expensive than the other places I use, so you know your budget should have a bit of margin in it!

Like I said, they have been fine the few times I have used them up to ~$4000 purchases but I can understand the above points too.
