Sloping Terrace Floors
I have been looking at a small 2 story terrace in Sydney that has slopping floors on both levels. It's a standard 2 story terrace, living downstairs and 2 rooms upstairs.
It has been priced accordingly but I am just trying to get a feel for the work involved in fixing up this problem.
I believe underpinning plus concreting should take care of leveling the ground floor (I hope!)?
Is there anything that can be done about the second floor (2 bedrooms only) sloping?
Thanks!Last edited by lenojd; 20th October 2007 at 08:29 PM. Reason: updated subject spelling
