Default Best tool for cutting up decking

I feel daft for asking this, but here goes.

Whats the best tool for cutting boards? Drop saw or Circular?

Also what is the best tool for cutting a slight undercut for a tight fitting board.

I have both and the drop saw cannot seem to cut a straight undercut? ..Perhaps its just me????

    Thanks.

Use the drop saw I reckon, cut not straight could be how you are holding the board, or your saw, or both.

Is there any slop in the head of your drop saw, that could be causing the error?

Thanks Scooter, I think I found the problem.
I bought a 60tooth Irwin blade for it for a smoother cut. Its actually all cuts have a slight curve/bow to them!

I put on the old blade and I get nice straight cuts, all be it, a little rough.

The new blade uses "Washers" in the centre to fit. maybe I that if slightly off and it putting a wobble in the blade.

    thanks again.
