    Default Aren't computers good

    Well, I'm back after being without a computer for nearly three months. (Grrr). $1000 later I'm back online and trying to understand Windows Vista after just getting the hang of Win XP.
    I lost all registrations for downloaded applications and email addresses too.
    Beaut when workin properly but A PAIN when they die (fry).

    Good to see you back Masoth.

    Now that you have spent $1000 on a new computer perhaps you should consider spending another $100 or so on an external backup disk. That way if it happens again at least you have all your stuff backed up. Latest Office Works cattledog has an 80Gig external HDD for $99.

    I use one all the time.
