iGoogle feed for forum
I've been playing with iGoogle today anyone out there able to write an app that feeds new posts or PM's from the forum to a window on iGoogle?

Umm what's iGoogle?
Do you need an iPod for it.
I remember that a month or so ago you made a post about Facebook which I'd also never heard of at the time. For the next week or so all I saw in the media was bloody Facebook.
So, is the same thing going to happen with iGoogle?
Are you a trend setter?
Do I lead a sheltered existence?
Questions, questions......

Maybe a sheltered existence Craig
It's basically a personalised portal which you can save and have feeds from other sites for news, stock prices, email, weather etc. You can also use it as a calendar accessible from anywhere with internet access.
Go to www.google.com.au/ig and check it out.

This is probably not what you are looking for, it might be neater if RSS feeds are turned on in the forum, but it may satisfy.
Add a tab to your igoogle page
select that tab
use the little down arrow to rename the tab
on the right side of the page click on "add stuff"
the click on "add by url"
past this in the url box:
http://bolinfest.com/ig/your_page_here.xml
click "add"
It might complain and say that google is not the author but just keep going.
click on "back to home page"
You should now have a gadget called "Your page here" inside your new tab. Use the little arrow to the right of "Your page here " to "edit settings"
call it what ever you like and make the URL:
http://www.woodworkforums.ubeaut.com....php?do=getnew
the height can be 600 to 800 depending on you screen size
click "save"
and click "ok" to trusting the author
When you click on your newly created tab it should give you the latest posts.
If this is of interest to any one then I can do a pictorial set of instructions.
