Default What choice would u make ?

I am in the final stages of getting my flooring final and am a little confused with what stumps to put in.

My block is on a steep block and the soil report states that I have a few boulders around

It is quite remote and access can be difficult so large trucks wont find it easy

Anyway below is a link to a site that has my two choices

    http://www.seydign.com/

Just go to products link then steel support link

Anyway your help would be welcome

When I was looking at metal substructure I found these

One Steel's Duragal Flooring System. The best thing about it was that it has these bolts on the piers that you can screw up or down after you have assembled the bearers and joists to get the perfect lean or straight horizontal plane. No stuffing around with exact meaurements (within 200mm) when laying your piers.

Attached a pic from their pdf on the website. Also there is a cool video link (albeit small size and big download size) that shows how to put it up.

    Hope that helps,
