10 years
a 75 y.o. man was in court and had been found guilty of a serious crime and the judge sentenced him to 10 years imprisonment.
The old guy protested, "Your Honour, I'm an old man. I"ll die in prison."
The judge replied, "Don't worry about it, just do what you can."
