    Default Jarrah Deck

i have a jarrah deck (tongue and groove) that is half covered. a small section has raised up after some moisture got in. it was originally coated in sikkens decking oil i wanted to know if anyone knows of a good 2-pack sealer that would keep the moisture off <O</O

I'm certainly no expert but I do have an old tongue and groove jarrah deck at my house...The house is 125 years old and i suspect the deck is original. The boards are very weathered and like yours the edges have lifted... I will be replacing my deck soon and will have a gap between the boards to allow moisture thru...If you want to keep the boards pressed together you might be able to sand them back and use a good decking oil - or as I understood was used in the old days sump oil.
