Anyone got any experience with and thoughts on the CSIRO Health and Wellbeing Diet?

I haven't tried it but my dad has and he has lost around 10kgs. I've been to their place for dinner and the few meals that I've tried from the book taste really nice. Might even do it myself one day.
Have a nice day - Cheers

We've had a few friends who've lost substantial amounts on it.

Trouble is they treat it as a "diet" and it all goes back on.

Keeping fat off is a permanent lifestyle decision that has to be made, there's no quick fix.

If it took ten years to put it on, don't expect to take it off in a fortnight!

    cheers,

    P

Yeah, I'm looking at lifestyle change and this seems to be a sensible set of guidelines on which to base that - most websites and books on 'nutrition' etc are so full of theory and gobbledegook that I can't even be bothered bookmarking them. If I lose weight, that's a bonus.
