    Default One more step completed

Finally found enough time to complete the next step of the the renovations, the front fence. This gives us enough security to be able to rip the front of the house off and rebuild the whole thing.

A few pictures if anybody is interested. I know we are all proud of the work we do, and the money saved is better in our pocket

    Front fence before:

How it looks now complete with video intercom and remote unlock

House trim will be painted to match the front fence

    Thanks,

    Alex

    Hey Alex,

Have you thought of becoming a fence designer?. Given that was your first attempt you must be a natural.

Thanks again for the comments guys. Unfortunately Metal, I am only the builder, SWMBO designed it on Paintshop and said "I want it to look like this"

Lucky it came out better than she imagined

Looks great ..... I like the small garden in the front as apposed to hard up against the footpath. Huge impovement over the original.

The only thing I would have liked is a board or two less to increase the gap between the boards ..... allowing a little more visibility to the house ..... but then again it looks as if you have done it for privacy so thats ok.
