Hey D.C.
Sounds like you are getting exactly what you want out of these guys, which is fantastic.
I agree that with a little bit of extra effort their system could be flawless.
Tell me, have they sorted out their carcass drilling so that the mounting blocks for the feet now extend below the gables?
I too have sent back a set of countour doors - more to the point, a crate full of contour doors turned up where it was extremely apparant that the load had moved.
How did I know? The boards were sticking out the end of the crate...?
Luckily Laminex had experienced a moment of their own and had duplicated the job; the same set of doors arrived two days later - lucky for them.
Secret Kitchen Formula eh? I hope you have taken the "Kitchen Specifiers Oath of Secrecy..."
But seriously, does this mean you have worked out how to specify doors with clearances or do Laminex do that for you?
If they do I will be most unimpressed, as I have to spec all my doors with gaps worked out.
And was it hard to get your hands on a price book? Did you just have to give them an ABN or not even?
I hope everything continues to go as swimmingly as it has been for you.
If it remains agony free then you are on to a good thing.
Cheers,
