Painting melamine
I have a small filler section above a cupboard that is melamine that I wish to paint in wall colour. What is the best way to paint acrylic wall paint over it? Rub with 320, prime, then paint?

except that 80 to 120 grit is good enough under house paint and a lot quicker to sand.
