what finish to use on a desk?
im building an office desk out of jarrah with a burl inlay and sheoak drawer fronts and i was wonder what the best finish would be? normally i would use the HVLP sprayer but i was wondering if there is something better? that wont cost too much

I don't know about the 'best' but I'd use a setting oil like Rustin's Danish or Penetrol.Cliff.

My choice would be NC laquer if it's actually going to get used as a desk, Rustins if it's mostly going to get looked at rather than used.
