I know I shouldnt have, but......
The lady wanted her table that wasnt needed in a hurry, in a hurry.
So I shellaced it today while its raining, and I know I shouldnt have, so now how do I get the white blooming out of it, strip it?

Wmhahahaha...fixed.
I hit it with the heat gun and lit the shed heater, I dint want to light the heater as I was applying the shellac.

Nother coat of shellac usually fices it so does a wipe over with a clean cloth lightly dampened with metho.
Heat will also do it as you already found out but don't get too carried away with the heat gun. Hair dryer's probably better and safer for the finish.
