Splashback Installation
Hello, Does anyone know how to attach a glass splashback to a plasterboard wall. The splashback is your standard starfire toughened 6mm glass painted white on the back and will be going into the kitchen and the bathroom.
I have been told that a glue and/or silicone is used?
Does anyone know specifically which product to use.
Thank you for your help.

I would assume silicon for its movement flexibility rather than a glue which would set hard.
As for what type... check with the glass supplier.

What Arms said... but I think he means 'neutral cure' silicon.
If it smells like vinegar (acetic acid) when you knock the top off it, throw it away.
