Optus world record?
I just took a phone call about a complaint I made to Optus (as a customer) on 6th May. it is now 6th June. I know I wait for 30mins+ sometimes on the phone listening to "If you want to be heard...just say the word..." [What word!!!!!] but is a month some sort of world record? Come on beat that one.
