    The UK HSE can be a bit stupid at the other end of the safety spectrum. For example, some schools have been ordered to cut down trees that could be a hazard to anyone climbing them. For centuries, kids have been climbing trees and falling out of them, seemingly with little more to show for it than a scuffed kneecap or a bruise. In steps HSE and the rest is history...
