If I had a stalking neighbour like Joe Doe 8 has I think I would end up doing the same as Joe Doe.
The webbsite owner should be prosecuted for stalking.

I had a certain amount of sympathy for the owner of the website; he has sublimated his anger without causing a breach of the peace. But then maybe I am prejudiced - one of my neighbours is reputed to be a professional burglar.
