    Post Copper pipe type and colour code

    What is the significance of the copper pipe type and colour code e.g. Type B Blue?

    It tells you how thick the copper tube is and therefore how much pressure it will take. Domestic copper tube is type B. Industrial applications use type A which is much thicker ( heavier wall).
    If you dont play it, it's not an instrument!
