Neighbours
My neighbour is a friend of SWMBO and her partner is a bit of a violent carnt. She is a lot loose and very irresponsible. He tries to control what she does and where she goes and often grabs her and threatens her etc.
Today she asked SWMBO to come over and bring some wine. The got themselves a little sloshed and wound up talking about him. (He went out for the day)
So he comes back and tells SWMBO and our kids to go home, she says no, he yells, she slaps him, he throws her against the door and pushes her out.
She says she wont forgive me if I go over and crack his skull, and I'm conflicted because the stupid idiot provoked him, and on purpose.
bloody farken hell this sucks, I dont know what to do.Mick

Calling the cops in is the only way that an eventual solution might be reached

She made a statement today.
I posted this and the other thread in states of fairly high anxiety because I was banned from calling family or friends to discuss this for fear of it getting around to SWMBO's father who recently had a stroke.
I got some great advice last night from spirit and gra and would like to thank them publicly.Mick

yes indeed, but as she says, if he had asked civilly for them to leave they would have. But the threat of violence to his woman implicit in his tirade made her question him. There was no threat to him, his family or possessions, he was excessive and that is not acceptable.
