Do you have any idea how many different combinations of browser/operating system/hardware/user settings there are?
I make sure my stuff works in IE6 and Firefox on Windows 2003 PC. The rest can sink or swim!!

XP/IE6 and Ubeaut
Microsoft does help those who help themselves, when I checked the updates found my IT people, thats me had not downloaded all for XP etc. After spending hours updating because I only read the intructions at the end which said to turn off anit-virus while updating I can report all problems fixed
Hope this may help non techos like me.
