Mick, I was so saddened by the news but at least your wife is out of her suffering. My best wishes to you in your hours of grief.
Time will heal things and only the good memories remain.
Peter.

Mick
I am saddened to hear of your loss, but relieved that the pain and suffering of the last while has finished. There is real consolation in the thought that LOYL passed quietly and graciously.
If there is anything that you think I might be able to do, sing out.
Cheers

Michael
Not just any person does deserve your teardrops, and those who do deserve, would not force you to weep.
Do not cry, because it has ended. Smile, because it was.
I know you have friends & family close by but feel free to call me if you need to.Cliff.
If you find a post of mine that is missing a pic that you'd like to see, let me know & I'll see if I can find a copy.

I've been wondering how things were going with you and your wife and for some reason you've been in my thoughts a lot today.
Hope you can still feel her spirit with you even though she's departed from her body. You seem such a good person that I'm sure you are surrounded with much love at the moment but know that you will also be facing the great hole that the loss of a loved one brings.
All the best.
Jenny

Dear Mick,
I'm greatly saddened by this news; life is so short.
The tender words you have spoken here and no doubt the commitment you have shown are a living statement to the rest of us to treasure other people while we still have breath.
I know a lot of jokes go on in these forums about SWMBO, but I'm sure your wife felt treasured and loved by you through her trials. The way you have honoured her here reminds the rest of us to be lavish in kindness, truth and grace.
Peace,
