Hey i was wondering if anyone had a good recipe for making non achoholic ginger beer, the traditional way (feeding the bug) Went to the local home brew store and they only have the new way of making it.

Appreciate the Help

Or if anyone knows any other good non alchoholic recipes could they post it here or refer a website?

did a quick google search and this was one that came up

Ginger Beer:

1.4kg sugar
2 level teaspoon cream tartar
2 " " tartaric acid
2 " " ground ginger
1 " " dried yeast [fresh not old cupboard stuff]

8.5 litres cold water

slowly disolve sugar in 1 litre hot water, allow to cool
Add rest of ingredients disolving all then add rest of water let stand for 3-4 hours
Pour into bottles [old soft drink are OK with screw caps]
Ready to drink in 4 days. Leave bottles upright and use part filled bottle FIRST. I didnt,... forgot it for six weeks,[ 2 litre Coke bottle was like a torpeedo and blew cap 15 metres
You may want to add extra ground ginger to taste when making next batch.

Thanks for the recipes they look like the ones similar to what i have used I am going to set up my brew area and gather ingrediants and the next week or so. Ill let you know how it turns out.
