hmmmmmm, 3 phase power, plenty of sawdust storage in the silo's. Built in dust extraction too. But at 4 billion dollars, I dont take my woodwork THAT seriously lol.

I wonder why they need to tell you it can withstand a 1 megatonne bomb blast ... are they withholding something from the prospective buyers?

What's even more interesting is that you can buy one of these for about the same price as a house in inner sydney
In fact, some of the land they offer is dirt cheap compared to current aussie land prices.
