    Re changing my account from ADSL to ADSL2 at the same price.

    I have had one or two minor problems and never had trouble getting in contact with them and getting a resolution.
    Main problem was with the Telstra equipment which did not work. (exchange problem)

    I have zero problem staying with them.

    David, you must be born lucky (or work for Dodo?). After I emailed them about how no-one answers their help line, I waited three days, found my email had been returned as 'undeliverable' (although I had merely clicked the reply button on the one they had sent me), sent one to a different address and eventually got a reply telling me to phone their help line!
    Midge, Chris, thanks for the ombudsman suggestion. I'll be using it too.
