Posting Pics

Hi All,
Not too sure? in how to go about posting pics accompanying a post. Have taken some digital camera shots and uploaded them to a folder in the PC they are jpeg's.
Just as I type this, I see a button that say's"Insert Image"on the taskbar can I use that?

Have a look here Gary, you have to make sure the picture is resized to suit the forums first. I use the image resizer from MS powertoys, fwiw I reckon it's the easiest way to do it
