    Default demystifying sharpening part 2???

Anyone interested in lifting the fog of sharpening. I was thinking about another get together. Could do it where you live - gives me a reason to drive somewhere I haven't been, which pretty well means anywhere. Or could do it at my shack. I didn't feel like I was all that organized last time and had a lot more I would like to have said. What do y-all think?

Sounds like a good idea Matthew. After your last demo I made a variable speed station for my lathe (see here).

Happy to offer my place up for another BBQ, but not till Feb. My shed is also a bit small for demos , but you could bring your stuff and set-up outside the shed. Mine you, at my last BBQ it p_ssed down raining .

Happy to go to some one else's place though if they offer, don't mind a drive (but not to Melbourne ).

I vote Cairns! (or the hinterland)
And I'm sure Cliff and a few others would too.
It's a nice drive Toolin, as long as you've got a few days to spare.

Hmmm.... Bugga.... should have put this post up earlier. I have a week off after new years but not enough time to organize and head that far south or north. When my next break is known I'll be looking one way other if you're still interested.
