If you guys are flexible enough to start lunch at 1245 on Wed then I should be able to make it. I have to be back by 1330 though.

Oh no - much easier to be critical!
Don't get me wrong, I think it's a bloody good idea to meet other BB'ers, and good for you to set it up. Always hard to allow for everyone. Maybe just set a date/time with a few day's notice, and see who can turn up?
