She was the one that came up with the idea of reorganising the Home Reno Forums and was made a moderator to help sort it all out. She also burred up Stoppers leading to him being banned for a week:eek:
She hasn't been around for a while but occasionally logs in to see what is happening. I think she is also in the middle of renovating her own house and is busy with that at the moment.Have a nice day - Cheers

You'd have to ask Neil the specifics, but in a nutshell, chromis and TEEJAY were given mod status for a specific task, in a specific forum with most mod abilities disabled. It's like being an administrator in windows - if your account isn't administrator, there are places in the operating system you can't go, things you can't do.
In the same way, the forum software has Administrators, Super Mods, Moderators, Users etc.
Super moderators have additional abilities - banning the pricks that spam the forums etc, and can operate in all the forums.
Moderators are limited to which forum they are in, and do stuff like delete / edit posts etc.
Administrators, well, just don't em off if you don't want to see what they are capable of"Clear, Ease Springs"

I think that the structure is top heavy. Too many layers. We need more layers down here amongst the plebs. We can have users, super users, super dooper users and irritating prats. I'd also like to see the purple circle and the 'holier than thou' formalised, with appropriate criteria for selection for membership. Then someone can create a tearaway faction titled "users in favour of going back to how it used to be". It could be the best thing since the rep system was introduced.

Ah, well you see, membership of the irritating prats is a bit like insanity. If you think you are, then you aren't. Only the ones who think they are not, truely are. You see? Genius!!
