G'day Mick,
Is that "Rain Farm" bottled water bloke still going up your way?
A few years ago I saw a TV program on how he harvested the rain, bottled it and then sold it on. Have not seen any in the supermarket for quite a while.
Regards,
Bob
PS Have you started collecting the animals 2 x 2 and building the boat yet?

Bob,
I don't know how the "rain farm" fared with the cyclone, otherwise he was going fine AFAIK. No need to collect the animals 2 x 2 just yet, that was only a good shower. We had 270mm fall in one night a few years ago, now that was rain! Things don't tend to flood unless we have a few weeks of constant heavy rain and I made sure I bought in an area not affected.

Well, I just looked at the site, and it looks like sydneys having a nice day.
Just look at Perth will ya? Up near the top of the screen, theres a place called Yanchep. Somewhere in there, I'm typing away at this message. Yanchep's coping all the rain, and I just got my Parker 7000 fishing reel the other day!

Rain.
Got a call from the folks down home and both tanks close to full after the down poor that Sydney and the south coast had. We had 40mm in that last bit of wet here. To think I was going to have to sell my rain gauge if we didn't get any. Had the add all written. Rain gauge for sale, As is where is never been used...
Dave,
