Finding old threads
Neil,
Does the forum allow searching of threads from before the web-site upgrade?
There are other threads that say you should be able to do it, but I don't think you are able to...
I was searching for an old thread that I started (I'm pretty sure in "Have your say"), and all searching has come up blank.
I searched by word ("posidrive"), by author (me), and manually, and all blank.
Are the old threads available?
John.
P.S. Also, as part of searching I was looking at the archive, and some of the dates are clearly wrong (e.g. 2004, 2005)

John I did a search with no key word and John G insearch by user name and it took me all the way back to what looks like your first posting in August 2002.
So the short answer to your question is YES! Maybe the Key word you are using is wrong or the spelling was different, who knows....
Cheers - Neil
PS Yep the dates in the Archive are a bit squiffy but that happened during a major melt down and I wasn't able to fix it. Better to leave it alone than to lose the lot.Are you a registered member? Why not? Click here to register. It's free and only takes around 40 seconds!
