Whats that black dot mean ?
<------------- Under my mug shot...just here on the left ....below 'Posts' ...Everybody else seems to have a line of green dots......
Wondering if its something to do with my computer.....its playing silly buggers again....freezing and all that.

Yep, its under "Edit Options" in the User CP
"Show My Reputation Level
Your current reputation level is displayed to other users whenever you post a message. If you would like to hide your reputation, disable this option."

It means your reputation points are turned off.
In User Control Panel there is a function somewhere that allows you to turn it on/off. Change it to 'on' and you too can have a row of green dots. Or red ones :eek:Retired member

we all have the same reputation setting as far as I can see (my specs being out in the workshop).
I might check out this black dot . . .Me and Power Tools,
We still don't mix . . .
