I am looking to set up an outdoor cooking area. Does anyone have plans to build an outdoor wood fire oven and a spit

Do a search for Pizza ovens. We have a basic igloo design, cooks a lamb roast in 50 mins.

For fathers day I bought my Dad a book by Russell Jeavons called your brick oven - he is from S.A and has his own eatery there.
It goes through the steps of building and firing the oven, then gives a lot of recipes to use in your newly created oven.Cheerio.
