Is it worth it?
Have 190m2 of direct stick flooring to be installed and am wondering if getting an expert to do the job is worth the money in others opinion or is it a job that can be done by myself, (I have general skills with woodworking, however would have to source the laying / sanding equipment), to a level that would be hard to pick the difference. The manufacturer who supplied my timber charges $80m2 for sealing slab, laying, sanding and installing trim, and claims a perfect job. As the timber is installed through the whole house I want it to look the feature it should. Is it a case of getting what you pay for.
