Patio Quote
Just got a quote for replacing my old dated patio with a new one...
The quote surprised me a tad.
Total area is 86sqm.
56sqm gable roof
30sqm flat roof.
Solarspan insulated roof.
Posts 90x90 F7 treated/
Gutter replaced alround the attached area.
Frame galvanised, etch primed and powder coater.
Council submission, BSA registration, Stormwater connection
Quote, including 20% winter discount $31000
Note there is no concrete or dismantling of old structure in this quote....
It seems expensive to me. Comments?
