    Default Cost Per Square Metre?

    Hi,

    How much could I expect to pay to have a decent (wall) tiler and decent (weatherboard) painter apply there skills per square metre?.

    Tiling around $35 m2 wall and $45 for floor tiles average

    Every job is diffrent the painter would have to see the job and take into account preperation needed, height of building, amount of cutting in needed, How many windows ,axcess, type of paint you want, how many colours etc , so I dont think you can get an accurate ammount per sq meter as an average

    Firstly thanks Guy & Ashmore.

    The painting job is purely for weatherboards (that are primed) that have been replaced on the house, so there in no preparation required or any window frames to tackle.

    Tiling is in a bathroom which is mainly just flat walls.
