Best Paint For PVC Piping?
Hi,
I have several PVC down pipes to paint. What type of paint (and maybe brand) would you suggest would be best for this?. Do I also need to score the surface (say with a wire brush) to help the paint to stick properly?.
Thanking those in advance of their reply.
Regards

Mine just get the same as the weatherboards, Wattly Solarguard, Dulux Weathshield or any other good outdoor water based paint will do the job. Don't worry about preparation, just slop it on.
If at first you don't succeed, give something else a go. Life is far too short to waste time trying.

I've even used the cheap fence paint from Bunnings on some of the pvc pipes. Only took 2 coats.

Yep, a couple of coats of Solaguard does the trick
