If you want to be really freaked out ...
this is what Arnie governs:
SAN FRANCISCO, Aug 22 (Reuters) - California's economy ranks as either the world's fifth or sixth largest, depending on what group is providing the figures.
The Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation produces a widely watched ranking of California's economy using personal income data, and puts the state's economy at No. 6 in the world. That is just behind France and ahead of China, excluding Hong Kong, said Jack Kyser, the group's chief economist .
The California Department of Finance uses personal income data as well, but calculates the numbers at a different point in time. It believes the United States' most populous state has the world's No. 5 economy, said Howard Roth, the department's chief economist.

No, more like a celebrity figurehead. Actors are people like Judi Dench or Dustin Hoffman, they can act. People like Arnie, Stallone or Pamela Anderson just prance around being their larger than life selves. At least in Australia politics is still "showbusiness for ugly people".
