I am trying to source the following parts, or have them custom made. Can anyone make a suggestion?

Why ask us .... sourcing this type of fittings and fixtures is apprentice work

when you do find the parts, don't forget the left handed screwdriver you will need to put it together, and the striped paint to finish it.
