Converting JPG to Vector format
I have a copy of Hihack Pro which I have used when I was running 98se.
Will it work on xp?
or is there an easy way of Converting JPG line drawings to Vector format ?

No idea of Hihack Pro - never heard of it.
Adobe Illustrator CS2 does an excellent job of vectorizing images."Clear, Ease Springs"

If you do a google search using the words 'convert' 'raster' 'vector', you'll get lots of hits for small, free, programs to do this.

I've used Wintopo to vectorise a jpeg and save it as a DXF to use in a CNC . http://wintopo.com/
