Default The pier that drank too much

Hi, have a Cal Bung with a brick pier that appears to have had too much water...

It is leaning (just a little). It was made worse when the stumpies placed the house back level. The pier is 1 of a group of 4 - supporting the verandah.

    1. Should I be worried?
    2. Who do I call? Civil, soil engineer? Builder?
    3. I gather these had some sort of base. Is it worth the time and effort of digging it out, re-doing the foundation and rebuilding the pier? i.e. More a cosmetic problem, or something that structurally NEEDS re-doing?
    4. Can it be removed/replaced without the house falling over?

    Cheers,
I read the instructions! It's still upside down...

    It needs to be fixed.
Get the stumpies in to fix it.

Yep it needs to be sorted before it gets any worse. I need to get a couple of stumps replaced here at home. One has spalled out pretty bad here and I need it fixed in the next 12 months or so.
    Dave,

Thanks for the replies Bob & Dave,

I assume you mean that the stumpies should fix it, but they're not actually responsible?
