There is a new mean for the term 'retail therapy'
Cliff.
If you find a post of mine that is missing a pic that you'd like to see, let me know & I'll see if I can find a copy.

I lead a very heathy life style, dont smoke, but do drink red wine.
Dont eat junk food, but have a moment of weakness from time to time.
Have a very energetic job ( bricklaying)
Dont eat lollys, sweets, chocolate etc.
I am not over weight, in fact I find it hard to put on weight.
Have a home made sandwich for lunch everyday with a banana ( when I can afford them ) and 2 apples.
Drink maybe 5 cups of coffee a day.

I think its funny how all of you have made a diagnosis to my "problem" without even seeing me.
I cant even recall what the reading was for the BP test, but it was only just slightly above "normal"..
Are you all Doctors?, if not, you should be, as you have given me more time than the Quack I saw on monday.
The cheques in the mail.....

I am absolutley amazed at how easy it is to get most of you to pop a pill, just because a "Doctor" told you to take it, no questions asked.

Al theres a few of us who wouldn't be here to harass you,
if it wasn't for the pills.
I'll lay odds that's where the concern comes from,
we don wanna hafta break in a new mod.

Al, if you wasn't so gawd damned flamin' UGLY the quack would probably have taken a bit longer about it. He was probably just concerned for the contents of his own stomach!

who is a good boy and does what his doctor says ... but I can see Al's point too, I just ask a lot of silly questions while in the surgery

the 80 is fine Al, but the 150 is a bit high. I hit the pills at 180/110 which is to high. The lower reading is the most important, looks like you might have to stop stiring the pot for a while. Have you thought about yoga? I'm told if you can get really flexible and bend over far enough the things you can manage are quite mind blowing. Mind you there is meditation, relaxing music, those wanky tapes telling you to be calm.
For me it's stuff it, take a pill and go to the shed.
