moving asbestos house
Hello
I am looking at re-building on my block but it has an asbestos house on stumps on it which is in fairly decent condition just wondering if anyone knows if you can sell them or whether is it better to demolish. If selling is an option does anyone know how i would go about it (do i need to apply to council or something) and where i would go to find a buyer.
Thanks
Matt

Not sure about moving them, but its now illegal to remove more than 20m2 of asbestos if you're not a licenced asbestos remover.

May be a better plan to remove the asbestos and sell it ready to blueboard and texture coat.
I don't think anyone in their right mind would buy an asbestos house!!!
