Formwork for step in slab
Hi all,
the slab we are putting down will be 13m X 7m with a 100mm step-up at the 8m/5m mark. We are insulating it and pouring in one go as it will be coloured. The problem we have is we do not want to pierce vapour barrier or insulation for formwork support. Is there a way to form up over a 7m expanse for step that doesn't need staking?
TIA,
Peter

just put notched pegs onto the longitudinal bars of the mesh and wire it straight pull it out as you pour keep it straight with wires back to mesh use the concrete to support it as you pour and take away the pegs
