Dazzler,
At what point is anyone going to tell you to make sure that you get a building inspection, If possible I would ask if this could be done prior to any offer, if not, then subject to an inspection and any other things you may need to add to the "subject to" list.
It could save you a lot of money and/or a lot of headaches.

Janmen agents rely on bagging the opposition to get a listing.
