    They're taking over, I'm pretty sure his cousin runs the accounts department at Telstra. It's taken them six months and ten phone calls to stop billing me for equipment returned last October.

    dont blame me - the accountants have thier own rules. telstras on the other hand dont follow any known ones that I know of... they's a bit like banks in that respect....
